Blogger OpenID Commenting Goes Live!

Wow, talk about exciting times for OpenID. Two weeks ago, Blogger announced at IIW that they would be putting OpenID in draft mode of the blogger service. Well, it went live! Check out the announcement here.

People can now start commenting on blogs run off the blogger platform using OpenID. As major supporters of OpenID and just yesterday wondering what websites would go OpenID enabled in 2008, this announcement is tipping point type of stuff.

As I’m sure you can guess, BeenVerified has some big plans (and hopes) for OpenID. I think today might be a good day for us to let people in on what we have brewing behind the scenes. Sit tight…
